Stonecrest was built across 33 years (1990 through 2023), which means the community contains homes from three distinct construction eras. The original 1990s through early 2000s neighborhoods feature established single-family homes with stucco exteriors, mature landscaping, and the kind of architectural details from the original Floridian Club Estates and early Stonecrest Management phases. The mid-period 2000s through 2010s homes added newer floor plans and material details. The final 2018-2023 Lennar Homes phase introduced contemporary designs and materials that round out the community inventory. Each era requires a slightly different cleaning approach, and we adjust accordingly.
Stonecrest includes villa-style attached and detached homes whose POA dues include lawn care services. Important distinction for villa residents to understand: the POA covers your yard, but it does NOT cover building pressure washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, lanai care, or any other exterior maintenance of the home itself. Villa residents who hire us are responsible for all the same exterior work as single-family residents. We are clear about this up front so there is no confusion about what we are doing versus what your POA already handles.
Stonecrest's 18-hole championship course plus 9-hole executive course (27 holes total) winds throughout the community, which means many homes back directly to fairways or sit along the cart path network. These properties have extra visual exposure: the back roof slope is visible to every golfer on every hole, and the cart path frontage means neighbors see your driveway and lanai every time they head to the Crest Club or the Recreation Complex. We recommend a shorter cleaning rotation (six to twelve months) for golf-facing homes to keep the community presentation consistent.

Earlier this year we got a call from a homeowner in one of the established Stonecrest neighborhoods preparing to list their home. The property sat on a golf-facing lot with a clear view of the back roof from the fairway. Black algae streaks had become visible on the north slope of the shingle roof, the stucco showed green film on the side that gets the most irrigation overspray, and the driveway plus golf cart path had collected the orange staining that builds up over years. They had a Realtor walkthrough scheduled in nine days and wanted everything looking right.
We arrived the following Tuesday with the right equipment for each surface. Soft washed the roof and the stucco in the morning with low pressure that protected both the shingle warranty and the original color. Surface cleaned the driveway and the cart path with rotary equipment sized for each. Did the lanai and the screen enclosure with low-pressure technique that did not touch the mesh seal. No. Stonecrest villa POA dues include lawn care services for the villa neighborhoods, but they do not include exterior pressure washing of the building. Villa residents are responsible for their own house washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, lanai care, and any other exterior maintenance. Stonecrest is an HOA of the Year winner with high community standards. Our biodegradable detergents are safe for surrounding landscaping. Routine cleaning that restores original appearance generally does not require any POA application.

Stonecrest lanais are often the most visible feature from a neighbor’s window or the golf course.
