Bridlewood is one of the larger and longer-running sections with multiple phases of construction. Arlington was one of the original phases. Silver Glen anchors another established section. The Villas at Stone Creek (Santa Fe and Pinebrook)

The Villas at Stone Creek consist of 50 buildings (100 individual paired villas) built by Pulte between 2006 and 2013 across the Santa Fe and Pinebrook neighborhoods. Villa residents have a significantly different HOA arrangement than single-family residents: the HOA fee includes annual pressure washing of the building exterior (but not the sidewalks, driveways, lanais, or roof). Villa residents who hire us typically need driveway cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, lanai or screen enclosure work, roof soft washing, or pre-listing service. We do not duplicate work the HOA already covers.

Estate Series, Classic Series, and Garden Series home types

Stone Creek single-family homes come in several model series. Estate Series homes are the larger high-end models, often with three-car garages and premium lot placements. Classic Series homes form the middle tier. Garden Series homes include yard care in the HOA fee but still require homeowner-paid pressure washing for the exterior. Pricing scales by home size: an Estate Series soft wash takes longer and costs more than a Garden Series, and we price accordingly.
