Earlier this year we got a call from a homeowner in Foxfire (one of the Terra Vista enclaves across from BellaVita) preparing to list their home. The Estate property sat on a custom lot with mature specimen landscaping and a paver driveway. Black algae streaks had become visible on the north slope of the shingle roof, the stucco showed green film on the irrigation-overspray side, and the paver driveway had collected the orange staining that builds up across multiple years. The owner had a national-relocation buyer scheduled for a virtual tour in two weeks and wanted the property to photograph at the $850,000 asking price.
We arrived the following Tuesday with the right equipment for each surface. Taped and sealed the specimen landscaping before any work began. Soft washed the roof and the stucco with low pressure that protected the shingle warranty and the original color. Surface cleaned the paver driveway with the right rotary equipment, then resealed the pavers to enhance the color and prevent further weed intrusion.
