Earlier this year we got a call from a homeowner in central Lecanto who had owned their established 1990s era single-family home for over 20 years. The house sat near the SR-44 corridor giving them easy access to both Crystal River and Inverness but also meaningful road visibility from passing traffic. The stucco showed algae buildup on the north-facing side, the shingle roof had Gloeocapsa magma streaks visible from the road, and the concrete driveway had collected years of irrigation staining and biological growth. They had received quotes from out-of-town companies that quoted unrealistic prices and tried to upsell services they did not need.
