Family-owned Ocala-based crew, 15 to 20 minutes northwest. Stick-built, mobile, and manufactured home specialists. Honest written pricing before any work begins. Silver Springs Shores covers approximately 15 square miles in southeast Marion County, bordering Silver Springs State Park to the northwest. Over 27,000 residents live in the community, making it one of the fastest-growing CDPs in Marion County with a population that has increased over 30 percent since the 2020 census. The community sits in a moisture-rich environment between the famous Silver Springs artesian springs to the northwest and the Ocklawaha River to the east, with heavy oak canopy in the older sections keeping north-facing surfaces shaded and damp. Homes here range from established 1970s and 1980s family construction to newer 2000-and-after builds, with a meaningful share of manufactured and mobile homes mixed throughout the community.
Most Silver Springs Shores families know exterior cleaning is overdue but put it off because of past bad experiences with out-of-town companies or rental pressure washers that did more harm than good. A rental pressure washer from the hardware store is cheap, but it usually does not kill the algae at the root and it can damage manufactured home siding, vent caps, and window seals. A budget crew that does not return calls is no better. A bad professional job is worse than no job at all. Doing it right the first time with the correct method and a fair written price is almost always the cheapest option over the long run, especially for properties your family plans to keep for years.
Reach out by phone, text, or our online form. Most estimates come back the same day. We ask about your home type (stick-built or manufactured) and which section of Silver Springs Shores you live in, because the right cleaning approach depends on both. You get a written price before any water hits your property. No bait-and-switch. No mystery add-ons.
Our certified crew arrives with commercial-grade equipment and the training to know which technique belongs on which surface. Stick-built single-family homes get certified soft wash on the stucco or vinyl siding. Manufactured homes get a specialized low-pressure approach that protects the panels and the seals. Asphalt shingle roofs get ARMA-approved technique that protects the manufacturer warranty. You do not need to be home. We text updates and send after-photos when complete.
Certified soft wash kills algae and mold at the root, not just on the surface. Most Silver Springs Shores homes only need this service every 12 to 18 months. The result is a property that looks the way you remember it looking when you first moved in, and the kind of curb appeal that holds your home value as the community continues to grow.
Silver Springs Shores is one of the largest and fastest-growing unincorporated communities in Marion County. The community has its own identity, its own zip code (34472), and its own character that sets it apart from Ocala proper 10 miles to the northwest. Most Silver Springs Shores residents have noticed that Ocala-based service companies often treat the community as an afterthought or do not really know it. We do not. We work Silver Springs Shores properties on a regular schedule and we know what makes the community different from the rest of Marion County.

Worth noting up front for any homeowner new to the community: Silver Springs Shores takes its name from the famous Silver Springs artesian springs and the surrounding state park, but the homes themselves are NOT waterfront properties. Silver Springs State Park (which contains the artesian springs and the historic glass-bottom boat attractions) sits adjacent to the community, but residents enjoy proximity to that natural feature without owning waterfront property. This means standard residential cleaning methods apply across the community without the saltwater corrosion challenges that coastal Florida homes face. The proximity to the springs and the Ocklawaha River does create a moisture-rich environment that feeds algae growth more aggressively than drier inland communities, which factors into our recommended cleaning rotation.

Silver Springs Shores has two distinct construction periods. The original developed core dates to the 1970s through 1990s and includes established single-family homes with vinyl or stucco siding, plus a meaningful share of mobile and manufactured homes. The newer growth areas (2000 and later) include contemporary single-family homes built to accommodate the rapid population growth the community has experienced over the past two decades. Each era needs a slightly different cleaning approach, and we adjust accordingly.

Silver Springs Shores East was first listed as its own separate CDP in the 2020 census with a population of 1,210. The median age in Silver Springs Shores East skews older (47.5 years) compared to the main community (38-39 years), suggesting this smaller adjacent area has more retirement-age residents. We serve both the main community and Silver Springs Shores East on the same schedule.

Silver Springs Shores has a meaningful share of mobile and manufactured home stock alongside conventional single-family homes. These homes need a different cleaning approach than stick-built. Manufactured home siding can be damaged by high-pressure water, vent caps can crack, and the seals around windows and doors can be forced open. Our low-pressure soft wash method is designed specifically for manufactured home exteriors and safely removes algae, mildew, and oxidation without damaging the surface or voiding manufacturer warranties.

Silver Springs Shores is fundamentally a family community. Family size in the community is 3.5, which is the highest in the local area per published demographic data, and 35 percent of households have children under 18. Most properties have been owned by the same family for years or represent a starter home for working families moving into the area. We treat every Silver Springs Shores property with the respect that comes from understanding what a home represents for a working family. Honest pricing, on-time service, and methods that protect the property rather than damaging it for short-term gain.
Every service is delivered by Randy and Matt personally with commercial-grade equipment and certified technique. We do not subcontract.

Earlier this year we got a call from a family in one of the established Silver Springs Shores neighborhoods near the state park border. Their 1990s single-family stick-built home had heavy oak canopy on the north and east sides, which had kept the roof and the north-facing stucco wall in permanent shade and dampness. Algae streaks were visible on the roof from the road and the stucco showed green film up to about six feet on the shaded side. The concrete driveway had collected the orange irrigation staining and the black biological growth common to Marion County yards. They had been quoted by a budget company that wanted to use high-pressure on the stucco, which would have damaged the original finish.
We walked the property, explained why low-pressure soft wash was the right approach for the stucco condition, and gave them one written quote covering the house, the roof, and the driveway. Soft washed the stucco with the right chemistry that preserved the original color. Treated the roof with ARMA-approved technique that killed the algae at the root and protected the shingle warranty. Surface cleaned the driveway with the right rotary equipment. The work took one full day. The family put us on a 12-month rotation because of the heavy canopy exposure, and recommended us to a friend in Silver Springs Shores East the following month. That is how most of our Silver Springs Shores work happens. One driveway, one neighbor, one street at a time.
In 15 years of using other powerwash companies, this has been the cleanest my driveway and sidewalks has ever been. I highly recommend Randy and Matthew.

Most Silver Springs Shores homes benefit from professional exterior cleaning every 12 to 18 months. Homes near the heavy oak canopy along the Silver Springs State Park border, or homes with irrigation overspray on north-facing walls, may need service every 6 to 12 months. Florida humidity combined with the moisture environment around Silver Springs and the Ocklawaha River feeds algae growth year-round.
