Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 25, 2026

Starr’s & Stripes PowerWash, LLC (“Starr’s & Stripes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit our website at powerwashocala.com (the “Site”), request a quote, or otherwise communicate with us.

1.  Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information we collect automatically when you use the Site, and information from third parties as described below.

Information you provide.  When you fill out a quote request form, contact us, or schedule service, you may provide: your name, email address, phone number, service address, type of property, the service(s) you are interested in, and any details you choose to share about your property or project.

Information collected automatically.  When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect certain information about your device and use of the Site, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information from third parties.  We may receive information about you from third-party services we use to operate our business, such as our CRM and marketing platform (GoHighLevel), advertising platforms (such as Meta/Facebook, which we use for tracking pixels), and review platforms.

2.  How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request, including preparing and delivering quotes, scheduling appointments, and performing power washing services;
  • Communicate with you about appointments, service updates, invoices, and follow-ups (including by phone call, email, and SMS where you have consented);
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • Send you marketing communications about our services, promotions, or seasonal reminders, where permitted by law and consistent with your communication preferences;
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights, property, and the safety of our customers and team;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3.  SMS / Text Message Communications

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form, replying to one of our messages, or otherwise expressly agreeing — we may send you transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and quote follow-ups) and, where you have consented, promotional messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subprocessors that support the messaging service itself (for example, our SMS gateway and CRM provider) is permitted and is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, and you can request help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of other communications (such as email or phone calls) unless you tell us otherwise.

4.  How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers.  With vendors who help us run our business — for example, our CRM and marketing platform (GoHighLevel), our SMS messaging provider, payment processors, hosting and analytics providers, and review platforms. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety.  When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers.  In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case information may be transferred to the successor entity.
  • With your consent.  Any other sharing will be done with your consent or at your direction.

5.  Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixel tags and local storage) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. This includes third-party tools such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel for advertising analytics.

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly. You may also be able to opt out of certain advertising cookies through tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).

  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
