Starr’s & Stripes PowerWash, LLC is committed to ensuring that our website, powerwashocala.com, is accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to learn about our services, request a quote, and contact us without barriers, regardless of ability or assistive technology used.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard generally referenced under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for public-facing websites.
This is an ongoing target. While we work toward full conformance, some areas of the Site may not yet fully conform. We are continuing to test, identify issues, and make improvements over time.
To help make our Site more accessible, we have integrated the Sienna accessibility widget, a free accessibility tool installed via a header code snippet. The Sienna widget provides on-page features such as:

The widget is a complement to — not a substitute for — accessible underlying code, and we are aware that automated and on-page accessibility tools do not on their own make a website fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA.
The Site is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major web browsers (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) and common assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen magnification software. The Site may not work as expected on significantly outdated browsers or assistive technology.
Despite our efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include older images that lack descriptive alternative text, third-party embedded content (such as social media feeds or maps) over which we have limited control, and PDF documents that have not yet been remediated. We are working to address these issues as part of our ongoing accessibility improvements.
